There is no charge for a Zippo repair, do not enclose any money.
Please ensure that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number together with a brief description of the problem when returning your Zippo Product. Repaired Zippo products are sent back using Insured Postage.

Please allow approx. 2-4 weeks for the return of your repaired Zippo Product.

The Zippo Lifetime Guarantee only applies to Zippo Pocket Lighters and the mechanical condition of its products (inc. the Hinge). The finish is not covered by the guarantee. Other Zippo products carry their own specific warranties (Usually 2 years)
