If your zippo handwarmer fails to perform satisfactorily within 2 years of purchase due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, please return to Zippo for repair.
The catalytic burner element needs to be replaced periodically and is not warranted. The finish is not warranted. Use of non-Zippo fuel makes warrant voidable.
